The Program Structure

Prior to the start date, you will receive your "90 Days to Essential Health Guide" which includes your action lists, recommendations, schedule and meeting times with Dr. Cipperoni and his team and other relevant information. In addition, we ask you to complete a simple questionnaire so we can customize the program for you, when necessary.

Dr. Cipperoni leads a group kick-off Zoom call on day 1 of the program. He provides a brief overview of the program, your immediate 'to do' list and answers any questions. It is always an inspiring call and we hope you will do everything you can to attend.

Each week you will participate in a group Zoom call. Dr. Cipperoni will answer all your questions as you proceed toward your goals. The following topics will be covered:

  • Nourishing your immune system - more important now than ever
  • Detoxing your environment and setting the stage for change
  • Mindset and setting your mind towards growth
  • Managing stress through meditation (made easy, or quick)
  • Changing obstacles into opportunities
  • Fueling the body with REAL foods
  • Supplements - Which ones should I be taking? Do I really need them?
  • The chef is in the house! Delicious, healthy meal prep
  • Myths about common 'Healthy Foods' and what to eat instead
  • How to fuel the gut for better overall health
  • Your nervous system - getting out of 'fight or flight mode'
  • Common foods causing inflammation and foods that fight it
  • Sleep - why are we so tired? An what to do about it
  • Nourishing vs depriving - how mindset drives change
  • Using nutrients to fuel mental health
  • Stress reduction - Meditation is great, but not enough
  • Alcohol - where does it have a place in a healthy diet?
  • Emails: These will contain 'three bullet strategies' we will be working to improve on each week. They are simple, practical, and build on each other. We're not going 0 to 100 in one day. These are guidelines to incorporate healthy movement, eating, sleep and mindfulness into your daily routines.
  • Food journal review: Send Dr. Cipperoni your food journal for the week and he'll suggest changes to help keep you on track and moving in the right direction.
  • One-on-one visits via Zoom: Check-in with Dr. C. every thirty days.
  • Handouts: Reviews of what was discussed in the weekly Zoom calls.
  • Guides to help with:
    • Cravings
    • Eating out
    • Grocery list and recipes
    • Cleaning out your kitchen of toxic foods
    • Creating a food journal
    • Stress management
    • Recorded movement/exercise routines (in bite-size, easy to digest pieces)
  • Support directly from Dr. Cipperoni as needed. This allows for constant support and motivation directly from Dr. C. himself.
